At Annantaa, we are committed to providing high-quality psychological training services and programs. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a booking or request a refund. This policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1. Cancellation by the Customer: If you wish to cancel a booking, please contact our customer support team at +91 7980849056 as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-6 working days.

1.2. Cancellation by Annantaa: We reserve the right to cancel a booking in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Unavailability of the service or trainer
  • Errors in service description or pricing
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

If we cancel your booking, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued within 3 working days.

2. Returns and Refunds

2.1. Defective or Damaged Services: If you experience issues with our services, such as scheduling errors or service delivery problems, please contact us within 1-2 working days of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly, which may include rescheduling the session or issuing a refund, depending on your preference.

2.2. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a service booking and wish to request a refund:

  • 100% Refund: Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
  • 50% Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Refunds will be processed within 5-6 working days of the cancellation request.

2.3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original booking. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

2.4. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as personalized coaching sessions or special packages, may not be eligible for refunds. These details will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Warranty

Our services do not come with a warranty period. However, we are committed to addressing any issues or concerns you may have regarding our services. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

4. Exchange Policy

4.1. Eligible Services: Exchanges are not applicable for services. If you need to reschedule a session or modify your booking, please contact us promptly to discuss available options.

4.2. Request for Rescheduling: To request a rescheduling of a session, please contact our customer support team at +91 +91 7980849056 within 2 working days of the scheduled session. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

4.3. Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. If the requested new time is not available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution or offer a refund if applicable.
