1.2. Session Scheduling: For counselling sessions, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to join the session at the scheduled time. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details to receive these notifications.
1.3. Course Enrolment: Once enrolled in a course, you will receive login credentials and instructions on how to access course materials and participate in classes. All course-related information will be delivered electronically.
2. Technical Requirements
2.1. System Requirements: To access our digital services, ensure you have a reliable internet connection and compatible device. Specific technical requirements will be communicated as needed. For in-person services you need to reach our office on or before the scheduled time.
